The mission of DonorsResource.org is to connect individual and corporate donors who want to give in-kind donations (non-monetary) with nonprofit organizations that need them. Our message is simple; Meet a Need. Donate Stuff.
DonorsResource.org provides a proven model of giving that is socially conscience and beneficial to both individuals and corporations. nonprofits also greatly benefit from DonorsResource.org by conserving their time and resources in claiming needed items and by becoming donors themselves when giving items they can’t use. Through DonorsResource.org, an efficient cycle of giving and receiving is created and sustained in order to meet diverse community needs.
By leveraging web technology we are able to match nonprofit organizations who need in kind donations (“stuff”) with individuals and corporations who have items they want to give.
DonorsResource.org features an easy to use, powerful search engine that allows the end user to find a nonprofit by cause, category, zip code or need.
There are many organizations that make connections around funding and volunteer opportunities. We focus on actual items, which is not being done by any other organization.
DonorsResource.org is the first place that both nonprofits and donors can turn to for help, reducing needed items being stacked and forgotten in garages and much worse, our landfills.
